I Am a Lapsed Catholic
If you used to be Catholic but have since fallen away from practicing the Catholic faith, we warmly invite you to consider rediscovering the Church through our Parish.
Due to the unique circumstances of our founding, many of our members have cheerfully and deliberately embraced the entirety of the Catholic faith as adults, rather than simply inheriting a cultural Catholicism from their upbringing. While many lifelong Catholics are certainly no less committed and fervent than we are about the Catholic faith, bringing your questions, doubts, and struggles into an environment where joyful, orthodox Catholics are thick on the ground might offer a new perspective.
Our Inquirer's Class is an excellent opportunity to review the basics of the Christian faith, and the particulars of Catholic belief and practice. If the class schedule doesn't work for you, feel free to contact the Parish Office and arrange to meet with our Pastor, Fr. Bergman, who will be glad to meet with you.
But if you are not local to the Scranton area, we have tried to provide a wealth of materials on this website which may be helpful. You may use the links below to access superb resources by which to consider your questions or concerns.
